　　Corporate Banking - Credit Analysis Expertise / Officer or above (Macau Branch)

　　Job Duties:

　　· Familiar with various credit products and risk management requirements of the Bank, provide direct

　　support and assistance to relationship manager for corporate customers;

　　· Perform customer’s due diligence and visit / jointly call customers with relationship manager where

　　necessary, in particular during the course of preparation of annual review and new credit proposal;

　　· Complete all the required risk checkings, input financial data for generation of financial spreading,

　　obtain various kinds of search, survey and risk rating results;

　　· Conduct financial analysis, prepare various kinds of reports, profile reviews and credit proposals

　　in relation to corporate relationship, be responsible for the data quality and analysis quality of the

　　credit proposals and reports and profile reviews;

　　· Maintain effective communication with Credit Risk Management Department of Macau Branch and

　　other related departments of BEA Head Office and assist relationship manager in promoting the

　　credit approval process;

　　· Assist relationship manager to perform both pre-lending and post-lending monitoring, complete

　　various ad hoc projects required from time to time, timely evaluate the changes in the credit risk

　　situation. Be responsible for the timeliness, standardization and effectiveness of credit control.

　　Requirements:

　　· University graduate, preferably with major in banking, accounting, business, finance, economics or

　　other relevant professional qualification;

　　· Preferably with over 5 years of experience in banking sector with minimum 4 years (for the position

　　of senior officer) of practical experience in credit analysis and credit risk management;

　　· Strong knowledge in financial statement analysis and market trends of different business sectors;

　　· A team player with good communication skills, risk awareness, managerial skills and strong analytical

　　skills with positive attitude;

　　· Proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;

　　· Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

　　IT Department / Manager (Macau Branch)

　　Job Duties:

　　· To ensure the smooth operations of the department, able to work at non-office hours, and lead the

　　team to follow up IT-related incidents;

　　· To ensure the effectiveness of implementing the cybersecurity risk management framework and to

　　act as the Cybersecurity Officer;

　　· To act as a project leader to lead and drive IT team to successfully implement IT related projects;

　　· Proactively understand the end-to-end operation flow, identify improvement area and propose

　　solutions for improvement i.e. process streamlining, automation, digital solution and HO solution

　　adoption, collect user requirement and drive IT team for implementation

　　Requirements:

　　· University graduate, preferably major in Computer Science;

　　· CISSP or CISP professional qualifications is a must;

　　· Preferable over 15 years’ experience in banking IT sector cover the following:

　　· At least 5 years in supervision of IT operations and 5 years in projects management;

　　· Solid experience in Core Banking System and Cyber-banking project management;

　　· Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;

　　· Good understanding of relevant bank’s IT policies, procedures, practices and rules;

　　· Strong technical knowledge of the Bank’s IT products and services;

　　· A team player with good communication skills and risk awareness;

　　· Able to lead a team to ensure excellent services are provided;

　　· Fluent in Putonghua is preferable.
